Return & Refund Policy
At MetodoTVS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for eligible items within a specified period.
Eligibility for Returns
Items purchased from MetodoTVS may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Certain products, including clearance items and personalized gear, are not eligible for return unless defective.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your bank may take additional time to display the refund.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we issue a full refund including original shipping costs. If the return is for other reasons, the refund amount will be for the product cost only; original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees, at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email or use our contact form with your order number and reason.
- We will provide a return authorization and the return address within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Ship the package using a trackable method. We recommend insured shipping.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed as outlined above.
