Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (USPS / FedEx Ground): 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2Day): 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping (FedEx Overnight): 1–2 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax). For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies. Expedited and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow additional time for customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package here.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. MetodoTVS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
