At MetodoTVS, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Coverage
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that arise during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.
Warranty Duration
The warranty period varies by product category. Most of our outdoor gear carries a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please check the product documentation or contact us for specific warranty terms for your item.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
- Consumable parts
Warranty Transfer
Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If you have purchased a product as a gift, the original purchaser must file the warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MetodoTVS be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
